Refund & Cancellation

At CorpBuddy Pvt. Ltd. (“CorpBuddy”, “We”, “Us”), we are committed to delivering corporate compliance and legal services with transparency and efficiency. However, due to the nature of the services and involvement of statutory/government authorities, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
1. General Principles
- Clients are requested to carefully review service details before placing an order.
- Government/statutory fees once paid are strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances.
- Refunds, if applicable, are only for the professional service fee and not for any statutory payments, payment gateway charges, or administrative costs.
2. Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation is permitted once the work has been initiated by CorpBuddy or the assigned professional.
- If a client requests cancellation before work has started, only the professional service fee (after deducting 20% administrative and resource allocation charges) may be considered for refund.
- Alternatively, at CorpBuddy’s discretion, the amount may be adjusted towards another service within 6 months.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be processed if CorpBuddy fails to deliver the service from its end after internal investigation.
- No refund will be made:
- Once work has started or documents have been filed.
- If rejection/delay occurs due to government authorities, client errors, or incomplete/incorrect information/documents.
- If the client changes their mind or decides not to continue after making payment.
- Processing fees, payment gateway charges, and administrative costs are non-refundable.
4. Ungovernable Factors
CorpBuddy will not be liable for delays, rejections, or failures arising due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Rejections or objections raised by government authorities.
- Technical errors, downtime, or backlog on government websites.
- Changes in law, policy, or procedures.
- Any external factors such as strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities.
These circumstances will not make the client eligible for a refund.
5. Force Majeure
CorpBuddy shall not be held liable for delays or failure in service delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, acts of government, strikes, war, terrorism, or similar force majeure events.
6. Refund Process
- Clients must raise refund requests in writing via email to grievance@corpbuddy.in within 7 days of payment, if work not initiated by us within 7 days.
- The Grievance Redressal Team will verify the work status with the Operations Team and communicate the decision in writing within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original mode of payment.
